Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the website, mobile applications and services operated by Turnet Digi Solution Private Limited under the brand SoniPe (“SoniPe”, “we”, “us”). By registering as a retailer, distributor/partner, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Services

SoniPe operates a business-correspondent and payment-services platform that lets registered retailers and partners offer AEPS, domestic money transfer (DMT), bill payments (BBPS), mobile and DTH recharge, PAN card services, merchant QR collections and micro-ATM cash services to their customers, and earn commission on eligible transactions.

2. Eligibility and registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to register as a retailer or partner.
• You must complete KYC using valid Aadhaar, PAN and bank account details, and keep this information accurate and up to date.
• We may approve, reject, suspend or request additional verification for any registration at our discretion, including to satisfy RBI, NPCI or partner-bank requirements.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Agent ID, password and device, and for all activity conducted under your account.

3. Retailer and partner obligations

• Use the Services only for genuine transactions initiated by, and with the consent of, the underlying customer.
• Never process a transaction using a customer's biometric or payment credentials without the customer physically present and consenting.
• Comply with all applicable KYC, anti-money-laundering (PMLA) and RBI business-correspondent guidelines.
• Promptly report suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions or device compromise to our support team.
• Not use the Services for money laundering, terror financing, or any unlawful purpose.

4. Fees, commission and settlement

Commission rates, service fees and settlement schedules are displayed within the retailer/partner portal and may vary by service and be updated from time to time. Commission is credited to your SoniPe wallet and may be settled to your linked bank account subject to any applicable settlement cycle, minimum balance, or hold placed for risk or compliance review.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, or decline to process a transaction, if we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, non-compliance with KYC/AML requirements, or if required by a partner bank, NPCI, RBI or other regulator. You may close your account at any time by contacting support; outstanding balances will be settled subject to completion of any pending reconciliation or regulatory hold.

6. Intellectual property

The SoniPe name, logo, app and website are owned by Turnet Digi Solution Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding except as expressly permitted for the operation of your retailer or partner outlet.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoniPe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Services, delays or failures of partner banks, NPCI, telecom operators or billers, or from a retailer's failure to follow the obligations in Section 3. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SoniPe harmless from claims, losses or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or a transaction processed without the customer's valid consent.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, subject to any mandatory dispute-resolution process required by RBI or NPCI.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
